    Gold Melody Boy

    Everyone wants Gold!
Gold Melody Boy is credited with beginning a modern day gold rush. His true beauty, sadly, was not recognized until years after his death in 1983 at the age of 21. Where in the late 80's early 90's the great bloodlines of GMB began to make a come back with his Get. He sired such great stallions as: Roan Ranger, Johnston's Gold Bar, Johnston's Gold Boy, Wittmaacks Mickey Mouse, Gold Melody Boy II, and Gold Melody's Gold King, all of which have proved theirselves by producing Champions. Gold Melody Boy daughters have also proven theirselves in breeding programs. Among the most familiar is Johnston's Vanilla, owned by Lowell Boone of Indiana. She has secured her place in history by producing Boone's Little Buckeroo. Lucky Star owns a Grandson and 6 Granddaughters of Gold Melody Boy.
