· Health Certificate (if traveling out of state), and Coggins will be provided by seller on horses with a purchase price of $1000 or more. 

· A variety of payment options may be available, on most horses

· Shipping costs are buyer’s expense
Foals will be sold with Registration Application(s) if sold for less than $600, unless otherwise stated 

· We will be glad to hold your horse free of charge up to 30 days or foals until they are weaned.  After that a fee will be charged for board, unless otherwise agreed.
